To meet the new health and safety challenges and expectations presented by COVID-19, Aspira Hospitality has implemented “Stay Safe” program in all its hotels & residences since 1 June 2020.
This new initiative is focused on enhanced hotel cleaning practices, social interactions, and workplace protocols, while ensuring transparency throughout the guest journey.
All hotels and residences we will continue to take the utmost precautions related to health and safety in line with World Health Organization advice, with temperature checks, convenient alcohol hand sanitizer stations, clean and sanitized rooms with hospital grade chemicals, UV Ultraviolet LED Sterilizer Box at front desk, QR codes upon check in, availability of face masks and extra sanitization services.
We maintain good hygiene and high levels of cleanliness for your well-being by paying attention to the smallest detail. We are taking the opportunity to implement stricter hygiene and cleaning protocols, train our associates and organize a greater deep clean our properties.
Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency, dedicated staff, and recommended cleaning agents.
Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at hotel entrances, at our front desks, our elevator banks, fitness and meeting spaces.
Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing.
In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants.
We are also testing ultraviolet light technology for sanitizing guest keys and devices shared by associates.
